Christopher JP Collins
Managing Principal - ARCHITECT, RA
chris@base10arch.com
B.ARCH Bachelors of Architecture
Wentworth Institute of Technology 1997Many aspects of Christopher’s early life pointed toward architecture. From a young age, he was drawn to construction - building with hammer and nails from age 3. When he was not outside constructing he was inside building with LEGO, sketching ideas, and exploring design concepts. He found equal comfort in creative expression and technical problem-solving, whether drawing by hand or working on a computer. These early interests naturally converged into a lifelong pursuit of architecture.
It was during his first semester of architecture school that Christopher fully realized his passion for the discipline. From that moment, his path was clear. He committed himself to earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree, completing his professional internship, and gaining the experience necessary to establish his own practice.
This marked the inception of the first iteration of his firm, Christopher JP Collins, Architect. As the practice grew and the scope of its work expanded, it became increasingly important to recognize the strength and contribution of the broader team. In response to this evolution, the firm was rebranded as Base 10 Architecture, PLLC — reflecting a collaborative foundation and a shared commitment to design excellence.

Sam Levin
Operations Director
sam@base10arch.com
AAS Architectural Technology SUNY Orange 2019
Having spent early years traversing every physical art medium, followed by a honing of technical and graphical abilities on a digital canvas, developing a career in architecture was less of an “if” and more of a “when?”
Possessing genuine passion for architecture bolstered by influences from mechanical artistry, film, music, and a heavy incorporation of our natural environment with the hopes of defining contemporary architecture in the modern day that blurs the line between science fiction and reality.
Utilizing weaponized meticulousness, and motivated by a steadfast commitment to creating an “all-encompassing composition” that transcends just the visual and begins to speak to people on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level - a clear and exciting career trajectory has been charted.

B.ARCH Bachelors of Architecture New York Institute of Technology 2022
How often can people say they’ve found their true calling via chance? Blindly taking the leap into architecture and immediately finding true vision - that is how Katie’s journey into architecture began at SUNY Orange in 2016.
Picking up the torch and running circles with it, her natural ability in design development and compositional fluidity then propelled her educational career to New York Institute of Technology where she earned her Bachelors of Architecture in 2022.
Her subsequent professional career has been defined by her innate ability to constantly refine and reshape designs that trend above and beyond the compositional zeitgeist. Her personability and capacity to truly listen and translate discussion into design has positioned her as the heart and soul of the office.

Brandi Easterly
Office Manager & Architectural Technician
brandi@base10arch.com
B.S Architecture Design & Building SUNY Delhi 2018
Brandi began pursuing architecture after discovering that sketching floor plans in her spare time was more than just a hobby—it was something she genuinely enjoyed and wanted to explore more deeply to understand the value, structure, and mindset behind great design. She believes meaningful architecture starts with curiosity and courage. Adventurous, outgoing, and always learning, Brandi approaches her work the same way she approaches life—actively, creatively, and with intention. When she’s not designing, you’ll find her traveling, working out, spending time with friends and family, or hanging out with her dog.
